1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the app9 platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and app9, and must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These Terms & Conditions apply only to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of any app9 service by minors is strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate account closure. app9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. 2. Account Creation & Security
When registering on app9, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Creating an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. Each user may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach, notify app9's support team immediately. app9 may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification, and certain services may be restricted until this process is complete. We employ multi-layered security measures, but ensuring the security of your own device and network remains your responsibility.
3. User Responsibilities
All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh while using app9. Fraudulent activity, manipulation, use of bots or automated tools on the platform is strictly prohibited, and any such behavior will result in permanent account termination. Harassment of other users, use of offensive language, or any form of discriminatory conduct will not be tolerated.
Users must participate in betting or gaming activities using their own funds only — playing with someone else's money or borrowed funds is not permitted. Unauthorized access, hacking, or use of malware on any app9 system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. If you discover a technical bug or system vulnerability, you are ethically and contractually obligated to report it to us immediately rather than exploiting it. app9 provides various responsible gaming tools and limit-setting features, and all users are encouraged to make use of them.
4. Platform Usage Rules

5. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on app9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Your account must be fully verified and all active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed. app9 is committed to preventing money laundering and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. If a transaction dispute or chargeback is filed, app9 may temporarily suspend the associated account pending investigation. Deposits and withdrawals using third-party accounts are not permitted — only payment methods registered in the user's own name are accepted.
6. Limitation of Liability
App9 provides its services on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee any specific outcome. app9 is not liable for any loss resulting from server downtime, technical errors, internet outages, or third-party service issues. Any financial loss arising from participation in betting or gaming activities is entirely at the user's own risk, and app9 cannot be held responsible.
App9 will not be held liable for service interruptions or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, or any other force majeure event. app9 bears no responsibility for any loss arising from third-party advertisements or links on the platform. In any case, app9's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days. 7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
App9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or suspicious transaction behavior. Any pending bets or transactions on a suspended account will be settled after review. If the account closure is not due to fraud or a Terms violation, a refund process for any valid balance will be initiated.
Users may also voluntarily request account closure at any time, in which case the option to withdraw any valid balance will be provided. A self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy will block platform access for the designated period, and the account cannot be reactivated during that time. Personal data may be retained after account closure for as long as required to fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations. 8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, software, databases, designs, text materials, and other intellectual property on the app9 platform are the exclusive property of app9 or its licensors.
